Partnership Overview:
My work and relationship with Yokohama Tire runs deep. With what started as a moonlight operation to service basic social media needs, Yokohama Tires believe in my ability to service their advertising needs flourished and evolved into a full-fledged, 8-figure, creative agency with a staff of 20 at their disposal. My partnership with their team evolved from strictly providing social media service to full-blown AoR that currently handles creative, social media, brand strategy, media, CRM, web dev and content production. It was through their partnership that I gained the valuable experience and resources I needed to venture into the world of entrepreneurism.

Program Involvement:
- Authored the initial Social Media pitch to secure social media AOR status and start CHARTS+DARTS
- In the six months following Social Media AoR status, I authored the digital AoR pitch that secured CHARTS+DARTS as the primary advertising provider for their organization
- As resident digital lead, I advise on CRM, Web Dev, Media and Social Media in a strategic capacity
- Audience buying, research and development
- I helped develop the digital ecosystem that is the backbone of their advertising program. This consisted of audience research, buying, MarTech planning, attribution planning, KPI mapping and media strategy
- As one of the original co-founder I’ve also supported the following roles to drive agency success: producing, business planning, HR/Recuriting, economic forecasting, business development, creative direction, media planning/buying/optimization, account and client services
Program Highlights:
- Created the staffing plan and infrastructure necessary to service their account
- Grew SoW and the agency team by 300%
- Grew gross billable amount by 800%
- Solidified myself as a trusted brand partner and advisor
